In forcing them to save for their own families, the women found out that most of them do not have the necessary papers to be able to get hold of a simple Identification Card. Banks ask for IDs before one can open an account. It was a good thing because now they're able to get complete papers and identification cards.
So, some of the women have already opened bank accounts.
